CCorGs: A Database for Clock Correlated Genes

Circadian Medicine Center

CCorGsDB is a database of Gene co-expression networks correlated with the circadian clock in the mouse and human central nervous systems. In addition, it gathers information from associated neurodegenerative and behavioral disorders and psychotropic drugs with a half-life of up to 12 hours that have the corresponding CCorGs as targets (Santos JLA et al. (2025). CCorGsDB: A Database for Clock Correlated Genes in the Mouse and Human Central Nervous Systems. bioRxiv. https://doi.org/10.1101/2025.06.11.659048)
