The Clock Correlated Genes (CCorGs) were filtered based on significant modules from co-expression networks presenting strong correlations (r ≥ 0.8, p<0.05) with the expression of ten exemplary clock genes (Arntl, Cry1, Dbp, Npas2, Nr1d1, Nr1d2, Per1, Per2, Per3 and Tef). Thus, if a gene is not found in CCorGsDB, it may:

1 - Not be in the original datasets or in a minimum of 20 samples used as input for Co-Expression networks (WGCNA);

2 - Not be in significant modules;
